Launched in 2014, The Baxi Approved Installer (BAI) scheme offers a wide range of benefits, including a premium listing on Find an Installer, our online tool for home-owners looking for a heating engineer in their local area. This provides them with a valuable marketing opportunity which can help to generate valuable leads they can use to grow their business.

Our BAIs also have the opportunity to order branded work wear, and download marketing collateral for use on their websites, stationery and even vans, as well as branded promotional items such as flyers and quotation folders. The Baxi Approved Installer status gives installers’ customers the confidence that their Baxi boiler installation will be completed to the very highest quality of workmanship and service.

Features such as this, as well as easy warranty registration, personalised service reminders and access to an enormous library of technical information offer installers a genuine competitive advantage when they are quoting for jobs.

Loyal Baxi Potterton Myson installers already receive many benefits as members of Works, such as partner discounts and reward points that can be exchanged for gifts, vouchers and tools.

The wide range of the items redeemable through the loyalty scheme means that heating engineers can use their hard-earned points to relax with anything from a new Apple iPad to a high-octane driving experience day.

Baxi Approved Installers still receive all of these benefits, however the scheme goes a step further. We work with installers to continue to develop an initiative that gives them exactly what they need – with our platform, installers don’t just trade points, but also have access to exclusive content to make their jobs that bit easier.

Ultimately, we wanted to provide installers with benefits they could not only enjoy themselves or share with their colleagues, but also to offer rewards which help them to build their business.

The best part is that all of this is available at the touch of a button. The Baxi Toolbelt App includes a gas flow rate calculator, a multi-drop gas pipe sizing calculator, an error code look up for fault finding, as well as an inbuilt torch. With many of an installer’s business tools already on their phone, it’s easy for them to access all of these helpful programmes instantaneously, thus saving them time on the job.

The Baxi Approved Installer initiative is about giving installers the extra recognition and support they deserve, and providing them with the tools they need to help them do their jobs easily.

WINTER WORKS PROMOTION
Baxi is running its Winter Works promotion for the second year in a row. Installers who register between three and nine eligible Baxi boilers – including the Baxi EcoBlue range, Platinum Combi HE boiler, and the Baxi 200 and 400 Combi and Heat only boilers – before November 30, 2017 will be able to select from a range of extra rewards, from experience days to various power tools, and more.

The rewards can be unlocked via virtual ‘vaults’, with installers being granted access to a particular vault depending on the number of boilers they have registered within the three-month promotional period.
