The five-star hotel at Waring Street in Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter is admired for its distinctive architectural style and has become the city’s stellar hotel venue, thanks to an internationally acclaimed reputation.
A recent heating upgrade, carried out by Tri-Heat Ltd, ensures guests not only receive a warm welcome, but also a comfortable stay.
C&F Quadrant supplied eight ACV Prestige in two cascade formations which were installed in a brand-new plant room located on the roof of the hotel.

The ACV Prestige range offers reliability and has been designed to meet the high level heating demands of projects such as The Merchant.
The boilers’ integrated Cascade Control minimises set-up time and, with a maximum turndown ratio of 18 to 1, the system provides ample output during peak demands yet adjusts its output during lower demands to minimise boiler cycling and maximise efficiency.
