Warren Smyth has joined the company, bringing with him over 20 years of experience within the industry. As Giacomini’s new technical sales engineer for Ireland, Warren will be developing new business opportunities throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, focusing on UFH, HIUs and HVAC component ranges.
In his career Warren has worked within the renewable heat sector, specialising in waste water treatment and heat recovery, before moving to one of Northern Ireland’s largest plumbing and heating merchants as a technical sales manager focusing on commercial boilers and renewable energy systems. He also worked as a business development manager for over 9 years, where he was involved in the commercial specification sector promoting UFH, PEX/MLCP & District Heating Pipework.
Discussing his appointment, Warren commented, “I was already aware of Giacomini’s strong brand presence in the UK marketplace, but after meeting with the MD Matt Lowe, I could see that their vision for developing premier products and offering exemplary customer service. I’m excited about the new opportunities and product developments that Giacomini has to offer and I very much want to be part of developing the company’s success throughout Ireland”.
