To avail of the €460 credit to their account every time they replace a boiler, participants must register with Heat Merchants and submit a claim form from each installation detailing the customer’s MPRN number.
This is then submitted to the SEAI for approval and payment is issued via a credit to the installers trade account. Credits are awarded for upgrades to existing dwellings only.
TECHNICAL SERVICES & SPECIFICATION TEAM
The Heat Merchants Technical Services & Specification team has been extended, with eight engineers and estimators now available to provide a heating and plumbing system design service for both domestic dwellings and commercial buildings.
The team, headed up by Paul Kane, has full professional indemnity insurance and can provide ancillary certification for projects. Pat Smith has recently been appointed National Technical Service Engineer who will be available to offer commissioning, on-site technical support and after sales service.
