Originally from Newtonbreda, County Down, Billy designed and developed Surefire to streamline the day-to-day operational needs of his own business but soon realised that he had created a tool that could bring substantial benefits to similar businesses nationwide – especially for thousands of sole traders and small-to-medium operations with up to 20 staff.
