PLUMBEX turns up the heat in Dublin

The RDS Simmonscourt once again hosted PLUMBEX Dublin on 6 and 7 September when temperatures were hitting a record high in Ireland. The weather didn’t by any means discourage the trade as this year witnessed a significant increase in visitors, reaffirming the RDS as PLUMBEX Dublin’s preferred venue. PLUMBEX co-located once again with sister event, ELECTEX, which presented the most extensive collection of electrical solutions nationwide.

Approximately 70% of attendees were installers and contractors, many of whom returned to visit PLUMBEX Dublin in its new home for the second time. Visitors had the opportunity to engage with over 200 experts from leading manufacturers and suppliers in both domestic and commercial plumbing and heating sectors.

Additionally, they could take advantage of exclusive show offers, witness live demonstrations, and enjoy freebies and samples. During the two days, exhibitors at the show gathered more than 1,900 leads. Many noted PLUMBEX as a great success and an invaluable opportunity to connect with customers and end-users.

Presentations from people in the know

PLUMBEX Dublin 2023 also featured a dedicated Trade Talks Area, where visitors were able to learn more about the latest topics in the industry’s agenda. Christy Lynch from Ecoforest Ireland opened the sessions with a presentation on EcoPro, the company’s new heat pump. Chairman Pat Jordan and Ken Lawrence, from the Amalgamated Heating and Plumbing Contractors Group (APHCI), discussed the latest findings in the P&H industry.

Patrick Cooper, from Wavin Ireland, presented the Tigris K5, the first press-fit system with an acoustic alert, and ADEY’s Ryan McNaught revealed how to deliver a long-life and efficient heating system.

See you again soon!

Numerous exhibitors are already making plans to reserve stands for the 2024 PLUMBEX trade shows, which will be held in Limerick on 26-27 March and in Dublin on 11-12 September. We are looking forward to seeing you all again.
