Each of the 60 apartments had their gas boiler upgraded as part of the annual maintenance carried out by the Association.
And CTS fitted the boilers with the efficiency and value for money required in the social housing sector and went the extra mile by handing each tenant a £10 heating voucher for their gas heating just before Christmas.
