Installers are well supported by Navien. “We have a team of service engineers on hand to back up Navien products in Northern Ireland, and as a former installer myself, I am happy to give advice on installations,” added Alan.
Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, Navien ran frequent training days for installers, which they are keen to restart post-Covid. “In the meantime, we are running online training courses on our website: www.navien.co.uk,” said Alan.
Navien also offers a monthly prize draw for installers and a points-based reward system for installers will launch sometime this year.
